GOP Ignores Low Information Voters At It's Own Peril?
LOL! Low-information voters? If it weren't so sad it would be hysterical the way the powers that be make up euphemisms trying to pull public opinion over to the left's way of judging others. What they use (and now apparently the GOP is joining them in using) is not non-judgmental language, it is lefty/progressive policy-aiding language. First they make up a replacement word, then they ban the words they replace, as if that's legal to do and as if we must comply with their foolishness. Shining a little light on their purpose is always a good thing... especially for "low-information voters," aka those who need to be told what to think in order to keep on the something for nothing train. But pandering to them the way the progressives do, and now conservatives are planning to do, is not giving them dignity and but keeps them too uninformed to realize that they are being "used" by one political party or the other so both parties' leaders can remain "fat cats" while the rest of us work to keep them up there on the high hog in Tony Town.
I think really no amount of talking or posturing is going to switch the recipient class into voting Republican without more handouts than the left can offer, and so this effort by the GOP is a exercise in futility.
Perhaps we might need to fall off the fiscal cliff so that the programs the progressives (and gutless Republicans) hold so dear have to be eliminated. We can't seem to yank them from their Greek-like grip otherwise.
What they aren't considering is that we're probably going down... but so are they. We are resourceful, but the recipient class knows nothing of providing for themselves. Can we imagine them reaching a point where the opportunity for making money to support themselves is a lot better than having nothing? Or maybe they'll just up and take somebody else's stuff. But after that runs out, then what happens?
Whatever is coming, it's not going to be the high point in our history and we'd like remember to thank the self-serving and gutless politicians and the "low information" voters for their short-sightedness and for engineering us down this path. Since it's Thanksgiving and all, let's remember both groups for what's coming everyone's way.
